gsnova使用IsHostInCN Filter出現閃退 #347

在SPAC使用IsHostInCN Filter訪問部分網站會出現閃退, 比如 
http://www.cnn.com/2013/01/31/opinion/geddes-save-postal-service/index.html?hpt=
hp_c1
單獨使用48101/48102端口則無問題, 閃退前窗口出現以下錯誤.

是必然出現的, 剛發現觀看論壇內嵌的youtube也會出現閃退.
另外, 使用IsHostInCN Filter瀏覽國內網站, 有時會出現空白頁, 
刷新2~3次才正常打開.

默认的配置中IPRangeRepo是注释掉的，需要放开注释

開放注釋我知道的. 同時使用"IsHostInCN"與"!IsHostInCN"就會閃退, 
現在只使用"IsHostInCN"就好了.
國內網頁有時還是會出現空白頁/服務器錯誤, 日誌如下:
