call alert is not stopped when closing incoming call dialog

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. User A calls User B
2. Call alert starts and a dialog pops up asking User B to answer or reject 
call.
3. User B closes this dialog by selecting cross button in top right corner.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Incoming call is rejected as expected, but call alert is still playing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
boghe-r80 and doubango-r669 on Windows XP/Vista/7
