Want to change codec on wp8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. right click on Backend
2. select property>c/c++>Preprocessor>Preprocessor Definition
3. Change Have_ILBC=1

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-Project should be build.
-Refer to : https://code.google.com/p/boghe/wiki/Building_Boghe_v2
-Building commercial version

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Boghe_V2_WP8 (2.0 Branches)

Please provide any additional information below.
I want to add/remove specific codecs but getting error. error C1083: Cannot 
open include file: 'ilbc/iLBC_define.h': No such file or directory 
(..\..\..\..\..\..\doubango\branches\2.0\doubango\tinyDAV\src\codecs\ilbc\tdav_c
odec_ilbc.c)
