Often there hangs the video by using ICE

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start video call on device A
2. Accept call on device B 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Call hangs up on device B.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest Doubango used for iOS. ICE is enabled. 

Please provide any additional information below.

There is no technical details at all.
The logs don't show any issue or something saying that the call is ended. We 
haven't managed to reproduce the issue.
You should:
- Make a clear technical description about what's happening (message on the 
screen, when the call is ended, same issue with audio-only calls? ...)
- The iOS version used for both devices
- The SVN revision (both Doubango and iDoubs)
- Whether you can reproduce the issue with UDP instead of TCP
- Whether you can reproduce the issue when ICE is disabled

I found the problem. The problem was that getDecodedWidth and getDecodedHeight 
of ProxyVideoConsumer were ​​equal to 0 at the start. Thanks for the
