Hey @yuanqing here is an unsolicited proposal regarding Figma Comments and Github Issues.
My assumption is that with the addition of Figma Comments inside the Figma Community content views [for instance, the Figma Plugin view] there is going to be an increase of feedback about plugin performance and issues. Subsequently, a lower increase in the issues created (or lower quality feedback within the issues).
I can't imagine how difficult might be to manage this, as an open source project with a significant usage.
So, I was thinking about helping funnel this type of feedback and lowering the friction for designers to contribute with better, more actionable feedback.
Adding a set of custom template issues [maybe even one for each plugin].
Each custom template can be triggered from the Readme.md with a deep-link to a custom template, but also can pre-populate title and label.
This might help connect users's feedback from the new Figma Plugin Comment area with this monorepo in a way that can be more conducive to the sustainability of this project.
I'll be more than happy to help putting an initial proposal. I will need to ask you some questions, tho.

Github provides tons of flexibility to create a template that could satisfy your needs in terms of having a comprehensive feedback and use cases. Source: About automation for issues and pull requests with query parameters.
