I have a large number of bookmarks, all organized & labeled (<~7976 lines of bookmarks when I export to text). into approximately 600 differently location "sessions".
Right now, when I need to add a window of related bookmarks, your "Location: (old session label)" works reasonably well for me, but I've reached the point where I really need that list to be a lot longer.
Right now what I have to do if it is not in that shortlist, I have to find the old section in Tab-Space, copy the name of the session to clipboard and delete and open all to tabs, and resave all tabs to move that session to the top of the sessions list, and then paste the old name of the session to the name of the just saved session. Then I can append my other window of tabs to it.

Easiest change: On my MacBook Pro there is certainly room for a longer list of sessions. It could be <2x and still fit.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatively, the number of sessions listed in that menu could be a preference default.
Longer term, but more effort, a button that moved a session to the top of the sessions list would be useful.
Most effort: some advanced UX that allowed me to add all to any session I liked, even though I have 600+ sessions.
