SD card not recognised - Master #118

This issue is unfixed as of Master-Daily-20100210 although a solution was 
found on the mailing list:

(I can't see that this was ever raised as an Issue)

The issue appear again in latest master. Somebody move setting
#    setprop EXTERNAL_STORAGE_STATE mounted
#    mount vfat /dev/block/mmcblk0p1 /sdcard nosuid nodev 
from init.rc to init.gta02.rc incorrectly. The notification signal about and 
problem
influent at Music, Gallery applications. I do not know how to do it correctly, 
but
when I move settings back to init.rc all became work ok.
