Music player disables suspend even when music is not playing #127

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start the default "Music" application while the phone is running on 
battery
2. play something then pause it and go back to the home screen
3. the phone will never suspend again even though no music is playing 
causing a great loss of autonomy

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the music player should disable suspend only when it is really playing 
something

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
android-on-freerunner-cupcake-0.2.0-RC1
