Cupcake manifest errors

The cupcake manifest still contains references to the old 
android.git.kernel.org instead of android.googlesource.com. This causes the 
repo sync to fail completely.

Doing a search and replace of this string resolves the issue.

Diff of the manifest files is attached to this issue.

Jim,

The manifest.xml is fixed, thanks.

I've established the ./repo/repo/repo file should also be changed to contain 
the new https URL instead of the old git URL.

Attached is the working repo file.

The value of the REPO_URL is the only line requiring a change.

I'm pretty sure this is set up by the "repo init" command. Please try
setting up a new cupcake repository using repo init and I think you'll
see it has the right value.
