Google api not available #80

Some google specific api:s are not available as open source and can thus
not be used by us on the freerunner. This problem effects several
applications and functions. All these will have this issue as block.

There may be individual solutions to some of the issues. For these issues
separate them again and discuss the individual solution in each issue. This
issue is for discussion on the problem in general and possible solutions.
