Napster option disappears from music menu #124

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Have not yet established a pattern

Occasionally there is no option for Napster in the music menu.  If I disable 
and re-enable Napster in the preferences menu it will then appear again.

Using beta.44 on Nexus 1

I have now enabled debugging so will send when it occurs again.

Please provide any additional information below.

My mistake, this seems to only occur on my HTC Magic on Cyanogen mod of Android

Music server handling has been changed, so this issue will be closed
