missing focus buttons in D300 #303

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attach D300
2. start DSLRDashboard
3. start LiveView

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
LiveView image is shown, AF and "AF after Focus change" functions without 
problems.
But missing all the buttons for the manual focus to make the fine adjust in the 
lower half of the liveview.
and:
Button for Focus stacking in the settings is grey.
(with my D7100 they are shown)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I use qDSLRDashboard 0.2.3 with Android 4.4.2 on ASUS Fonepad, Intel Atom.
Same problem on qDSLRDashboard 0.2.3 with win 8.1
Same problem qDSLRDashboard 0.2.3 with Fairphone (ARM processor, Android 4.2.2) 
in rooted and not rooted USB mode

Please provide any additional information below.
D300-LiveView is in TripodMode (HandMode tested as well, same problem)
Focus is AF-S
