Carrier name in notification bar is not updated while roaming #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change your carrier, e.g. roam abroad
2. Check carrier name at notification bar
3. Still the home operator's name is shown

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Carrier name should be changed to the current operator

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MS2Ginger 3.0 for Milestone2

It is a layout problem in systemUI.apk. I will check this.
