You cant set brightness to max or min in the notification bar button. #16

While in all these kind of buttons you can select MAX, MIN , AUTO, or at least 
MAX or Auto. Here you can set AUTO or NO-AUTO. The last one means that the 
brightness stays exactly like it was in the moment you changed to noauto.

It would be better like min/max/auto.
