GPS troubles (3G/H also)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Cant catch the GPS well. My defy never had troubles with that, but it does 
with this ROM. Search for like 15 minutes and cant get the location. After a 
lot of tries it works. Some patch to install? (gps zone= Argentina)

2.3G signal is pretty bad. It is always changing frome H/3G to E while moving 
and it is not normal with my provider. I used baseband to select the only 
option that worked for me, so it catch the 3g well, it works but it disconnect 
a lot while moving.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

The one I tried is this one

same. And I used the only one that worked (Claro ARGENTINA, even if Im using 
Personal ARGENTINA). About GPS it got a little bit better with GPS AID PRO but 
its a mess with licenses to use that soft. And I still dont have clear what of 
all the stuff I touched worked for me :P
