screen auto rotation

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Rotate the phone in 'home' will rotate the screen but I disabled this in 
settings.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No rotation of the screen while rotating the phone

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Msginger 3.0

Please provide any additional information below.
Dispite the fact that I disables auto rotate, the screen rotates when I rotate 
the phone on homescreen. It does not auto rotate in other apps or when browsing 
through apps
