recording in HD lags phone, forceclose appcamera, no saving files sometimes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In 3.0 the camera does not work so well. I mean the quality for video and 
audio is AWESOME (audio volume is low, but the quality is excellent), but the 
phone lags pretty bad opening the camera, and sometimes the record did not even 
stop (for more than 5minutes videos. Forclose, or have to wait like 5 minutes 
to the camera app to close. Using native camera app.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0 ms2ginger

I cant still do it because I have a lot of data in the phone and I have no time 
to backup and restore all the apps, with the works and study. I will do it asap 
because I wanna try it and I can may be report if I found something strange or 
a bug.
It got better using default setvsel vsel and clock settings. Well, now I 
increase vsel4 to 1200 @68vsel and it is still working well. But I had 1300 at 
that vsel before. IT was all better, stability tests ok, no lags, but with the 
camera that was a different story I guess. 
Which VSEL do you suggest for 300/600/1000/1200 ? I didnt found complete 
information on internet about that.

Another bug: About 3.0, idk if it still reproduces on 4.0, Ive found another 
bug the other day trying to use WiFi spot. When it was turned OFF i couldnt, as 
always, change settings. SO I turned it ON and when I wanted to change 
password, once I've completely deleted the default one in order to put a new 
one, as soon as there are no characters in the field, the SAVE option just turn 
grey. You can complete it again but it doesnt let you save the new password. 
That happened to me at least.

Oh and just a suggestion because I tried to change it but never worked, always 
the statusbar forceclose or stuff like that: Can you please change the color 
theme to back on the statusbar and menues? or teach me how to do it? I think 
that even if this rom is AWESOME and I'm making all my defy-friends :P use it 
(and they love it) it need to be more stylish. Instead of the blue, some menu 
and (mainly:) status bar black theme would be great. Also another H+, 3g icons..
Yeah thats obviously not high priority, but it would be nice to do it. As for 
now, I'm using Go Louncher with hidden statusbar.

To solve this issue:

Change this settins into /system/build.prop

from this: ro.media.camcorder.720p=3gp,m4v,30,10000000,aac,96000,44100,2
to this:   ro.media.camcorder.720p=mp4,m4v,30,6000000,aac,96000,44100,2
