Defy+ battery shows always @ 98% for v4.0-beta4. Not charging #22

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Restoring system NAND
2. Boot for first time
3. Battery shows as 98%/99% and does not charge.  

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using v4.0 beta 4. On a defy plus with the following stock kernel and 
specs:
System: 45.0.1321.MB526.AsiaRetail.en03

Kernel: gbdd614e

Buil: 4.5.1.134_DFP-1321

Please provide any additional information below.

My battery was fine when I was using 3.0.

Will fixed in MS2Ginger 4.0 final for Defy+.

Replace battery files in Beta 4 with files from newer Defy+ rom.
