Wi-fi problem on final 4.0 #28

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.turn on wi-fi
2.connect to open wifi which require accept eula via Webb site
3. Www doesn't open, so ip is taken, but no connection to internet

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Ms2ginger 4.0 final

except eula on www it can be captcha or something else
Defect is critical for me

Logcat please. Did you have this problem with CM7 or CM9 or MS2Ginger 3.0 too?
