Home crashed when press search button #29

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open apps grid
2. press search button
3. crash!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the application Home(process com.motorola.home) has stopped unexpectedly. play 
try again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MS2Ginger 4.0

Try install google search from market.

I reinstalled google search from market. but it also crashed.

That's because you updated google search. The same happens with DPF-231 and 
others.
Try installing google search from the apk of the backup.

oh no! I can't stop the update , because of at the last step of first startup, 
it auto updated all installed apps from market.

and... I didn't backup my system... Can anybody upload it? I'll test.

downloading and installing (cwm - recovery - install from zip) google apps 
solved this problem on my phone.
