Messaging app does not have setting to enable SMS delivery report. #32

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open Messaging app
2.Open Setting & find around
3.Check back the messages

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No setting for enabling SMS delivery report, default setting of Messaging app 
is no delivery report.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MS4Ginger final, Milestone 2

Did you flash latest BLUR Apps????
There is SMS DELIVERY Report in settings in latest BLUR Apps and it works as it 
should be.
It was missing from previous BLUR Apps.

I did not install latest BLUR apps because I dont use them. Let's me download 
the package & modified a little bit to see if it is OK. I think the problem 
would be solved.

The update BLUR apps pack fixed the problem, the messaging app come back to 
same as messaging app in MS2Ginger 3.0
