Defy Plus reboots when using 3G #34

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have the networksettigs for mobile connection set to automatic
2. I have to enter an area with 3G from an EDGE area but not instandly
3. In very less situations it does work normal
4. Sometimes it reboots when i stay in an 3G area also
5. If the networksetting is set to 2G only i do have not problems

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I use a Defy Plus BL7 and ms2ginger 4 final with blurapps
My radio baseband is EPU93_U_00.61.00
My network is O2 Germany

Please provide any additional information below.
I tried to use baseband switcher with all possible basebands.
I had the same problem with ms2g 3
I also tried different vsel and disabling all modules in cpu settings

Change baseband.
