[MSGinger4.0] Voice Commands broken #36

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. MSGinger 4.0 + Blur Apps
2. Open Voice Commands (german env)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
crashes instantly.

CatLog logs "[C]VST_ANDROID_LOG_ERROR +++APP Not enough memory." before FC of 
VSuite, but I don't know why.

Problem is solved! 
The issue is for some reason caused by libvsuite_mot_vs32_cmb103.so.

I built an update.zip that re-installs all Voice Command related stuff => hope 
you integrate it, Walter. Thank you!
