[MSGinger4.0] German Dictionary missing #37

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. MSGinger4.0(+Blur Apps)
2. configure for german language
3. open muliutouch KB

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
no german dictionary in LatinIME.apk. (fixed it by replacing it by one from 
Defy+ 2.3.4-134 DFP 74)

Using the attached LatinIME.apk solved the issue.
