What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. MSGinger4.0+Blur-Apps+Greenbreadmod

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Boot animation is very slow and system in total very laggy.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Defy-SOC

Note: The attached overclock config heals the problem. (clk3 is 1000)

But changing clk3 back to 800 again causes the system to be VERY laggy. This is 
strage. Seems to me like a general problem of CPU speed stepping.
