Hello! Thank you for uploading your work, and we are really excited about your work. We are trying to install your package and use the KPV and PMMR methods to estimate the average treatment effect under proximal causal conditions. However, we are running into some issues installing your package.

  1. In the requirements.txt file for the PMMR method, we weren't able to find the repository at the line https://github.com/yuchen-zhu/kernel_proxies/blob/main/requirements.txt#L124C2-L124C2. Would you be able to clarify which package this is?
  2. What version of Python version should we be using? We are using Python 3.10.9, and we are unable to install the requirements.txt file to run the PMMR method. An error message stated that we need to run a version of Python < 3.10.

Thank you for your help!
