Set up synchronization to maven central, so that users won't have to add
our maven repo to their configuraion.

Stopped deploying samples to m2repo, because they depend on android.jar, which 
is not 
on Central. Also removed old deployments of samples from ms2repo.

Noticed that I had to sign all poms and artifacts in the m2repo. Otherwise they 
won't 
set up the sync to Central. So I have re-deployed all released artifacts, with 
signatures. If that messes with your local m2 repository cache, or any maven 
proxy 
cache server you might use, please clear your cache and try again.

Cleared my m2 repo cache, and tested without any <repository> or 
<pluginRepository> 
tags. It works.
