Add site, source:jar, javadoc:jar to release configuration in pom.xml.

Seems to happen automatically when releasing anyway.
Just double-check next time, then set status to Verified.

Yup. When releasing properly, they are added automatically.

Added specific profile for releasing SNAPSHOTs with the same stuff.
