Clear the previous score's position mapping when loading a new score, so as to avoid "ghost" traces while navigating or playing
Avoid showing the splash screen at all (even if enabled in Prefs) - maybe the app needs a new splash screen? (I made this change because the preference is on by default, and the SV splash is a bit jarring when the app is not SV)
Changes to support showing the chord onsets output as instants (even though they are in the time-values layer still). These are all in subrepos (svgui primarily) so the only file changed here is repoint-lock.json.
Also update some of the other dependencies (the bq* libraries). Should not have any significant user-visible result.
