Changing anki 6k deck link to Steve's link #3

The 6k deck has the 2k deck in it, so no need to have both decks. Furthermore, Steve's deck is an edit of the circulating 6k deck with some improvements to formatting and whatnot.

It's best to have existing/easy-to-use deck for beginners, prefer keep the existing 2k deck.
