I understand your copyright concern relating to posting download links on this page, but there's lots of people in the world who simply can't afford the textbooks. It literally almost costs as much as their wages for a month. The description I've written doesn't necessarily mean that they are download links, you too have included links to the textbooks, on amazon.
If there's something I don't understand, like there being an issue of your account standing on Github or something, which you shouldn't worry about I think, then I can host the resource page and give you full admin privilege, if that's possible
