This PR adds the following contents to the list:

All Japanese All The Time (AJATT) beginner-oriented overview video
Dogen's "Japanese Phonetics" course index page
- Note: This differs from #8 by actually providing a link to the course overview, so the reader can see whether they'd be interested in purchasing the course
Matt VS Japan / AJATT discord server

It also fixes a bug that caused the "Vocabulary" TOC link to not work.
