upload file exceeds 10m #41

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I want to move my blog from wordpress to blogger,the xml file is 12 * 1024 
* 1024 byte, seems the dev_appserver.py file constrains the uploaded file 
in 10m.

Do we have any solutions in this case, 

log:
ERROR    2009-11-21 06:28:14,530 dev_appserver.py:2967] HTTP request was 
too large: 17532085.  The limit is: 10485760.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

latest version.

Please provide any additional information below.

i'm new fish of google app, hope could get help here, thank you in advance.

I'd like to know how the problem was solved as well. I changed the max file 
size in what appeared to be the applicable settings file with no change.

Next I'll see if I can get the correct version of Python installed to run from 
the command line.
