I realized that you have not included the dependecies. Please state them in the readme. or include instructions to install blastpgp and NR

I'm not the author, but looking into this as well. To install NR:

wget 'ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/blast/db/nr.*.tar.gz'
cat nr.*.tar.gz | tar -zxvi -f - -C .
