Dear Author,

I sincerely apologize for the continued disturbance, and I hope you can forgive me!

Following the instructions in your readme file, we attempted to process the 10076 dataset (1. import particles; 2. run an ab initio reconstruction job), keeping all settings as default. Below is a screenshot of our job page:

In the "ab initio reconstruction job," we encountered the following error. We would like to ask if you experienced this issue when processing this dataset, and how it was resolved. Thank you very much!

I have the same error. Did you solve the problem? Thank you!

Inverting the data during 'import' job may solve the problem

As shown in the figure, I used .star and .mrc files as inputs for the "Import Particles" job to import the particles and set the "Data Sign" to "dark-on-light" to invert the data. However, I still encountered the aforementioned issue in the Ab-Initio Reconstruction job.
