Variable BS3_THEME_HOMEPAGE documented but not supported #11

Hi!

Variable BS3_THEME_HOMEPAGE does not seem to be applied anywhere. All fine by me, but it could be removed from the docs.

True. The original intention behind this is to provide a way to customize the BS3 theme link in the footer to indicate which bootstrap 3 theme is being used on top of chameleon. But later I found that the footer was too long to be shown in one line on some mobile devices. So I removed it to make it compact. I will update the documents to be consistent
