Hi! not sure which heatmap you are referring to. Can you give me the number of the supp figure?

Thank you very much for your reply.Actually i want to ask for the'probability map',like part e in Fig.1 in the article,there is a predicted tumor probability of each tile shown in the middle.I want to know how to locate each tiles in the whole WSI.Hope to recieve your reply.

Hi, the position depends on how you tile the whole slide, you can generate the tumor probability for tiles from any given position with the right size.
