promdump: integrate with the YBA API for Universe lookup #122

Currently many customers make errors while providing the --node_prefix flag.

It would reduce the likelihood of human error if promdump integrated with the YBA API to look up the appropriate node prefix based on the Universe Name or Universe UUID.
