gwt Visualizations API - add DataTable constructor with 'data' argument #244

Detailed description:
Would like to pass a 'data' param to the "create()" function of 
DataTable.  Much in the same way that is possible in the javascript api.

Workaround if you have one:
I am planning to subclass DataTable and add this function...

The api now supports 2 additional create() methods that accept a 
JavaScriptObject 
argument.
