Bring Maps javadoc documentation up to date

Detailed description:
I'm not going to get to this right away.  Please add comments if you notice 
other parts of the javadoc documentation to be out of date.

I noticed that the GDirections and associated objects have some new 
documentation that is not reflected in the gwt-maps javadoc.   Note that 
omission of a map or panel object when loading the directions will result 
in some properties missing from the result.
