Transliteration control is stacked vertically in IE7 Standards mode #261

Detailed description:
IE7 in Standards mode does not display the Transliteration option menu 
properly.  We encountered this in the HelloLanguage demo

Workaround if you have one:
- Remove the <DOCTYPE>

or

- Manually set the 2 divs that are direct children of the div to have 
the "display" style property set to "inline"  (was inline-block)
