Fix Gears & Visualization distributions so itheycan be decompressed with default windows compressed folder #262

Found in Release:
gears 1.2.1

Detailed description:
You get a dialog that says, "Password needed" when decompressing the 
distribution.

Workaround if you have one:
Use a different unzip program.

This problem goes back at least as far as the gears 1.1.1 release.  The long 
file 
names are probably the gadget manifest files.

The war package structure may have solved this issue in most cases (but 
probably not 
in gadgets).  Can you please test it out?

On windows XP works just fine with preinstalled unzip utility.
