GearsManifest.JSON not being read #284

Found in Release:
1.2.1
Detailed description:
According to Offline.java, you should be able to generate a file called 
GearsManifest.json for use as a template in the generation of your project's 
manifest file. This file is no longer read by the linker.

Workaround if you have one:
Revert to 1.5 directory structure.

Sample project structure is updated and problem no longer occurs.
