Should be OK to remove duck type test from Maps Overlay.java #285

Detailed description:
The problem that was worked around in Overlay.java for telling types was
reported fixed in Oct. 2008.  The latest maps version 2 returned is from
May 2009 (2.159e), so we should be safe if we remove the hack.

maps v2 is now deprecated.  No need to go back and cleanup
