[Offtop] Can I translate this client into Russian? #316

(Sorry for bad English) Hey. I really liked your client and I recommended it to friends, but it was only in English, and my friends do not know him well (im from Russia). And then I had an idea - to translate "opsu!dance" into another language, for convenience. Can I do this and send a localized package after translating is completed to you?

Hey thanks. Unfortunately there's no localization system in here and I'm not really working on this project currently

I can try to modify the client and add a language selection system, if you allow

Thank you so much, in the next 2 months I will try to make a complete Russification of the client and add a choice of languages

upd: maybe I will mention you here, or I'll create a pull request

lol upd: cp866 doesn't work, utf-8 doesn't work, iso-8859-1 doent's work
