VPN能否实现系统设置里面的那种，手动输入账号密码IP进行连接？ #4

如题，我在github里面没有找到这种库，请问能实现吗？

@xiaoli-style 更改 服务器地址，和帐号密码我这边实现了。 但是在安卓模拟器上运行还没成功。可以一起探讨下
