I use the img_split.py file in the tools/data/dota/split/ folder to deal with the dota dataset, but there is an error shown in the following figure. Is there any such problem?

If your DOTA dataset and your code have not been polluted, there would be no problem. I have never seen such an error. If the bug still occurs after downloading the original dataset and code again, you can submit this issue to MMRotate.
