Instructions needed for installing this plugin into mac/adium #207

I cannot find instructions for how to download and install this plugin into 
Adium running on OSX.

If these instructions do not already exist I volunteer to write them, but I 
will need someone to help me as I have no idea where to start.

I hope the instructions are as simple as:
1) Download file A
2) unzip file A
3) move file A/B into Library/X
4) restart Adium.
5) configure QQ account using these params....

If the instructions exist in Chinese please point me to those.  I will get them 
translated and then rewrite them cleanly in English.  Thanks.
