QQ version about to be retired I suppose? #237

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. log in
2. Dear User, your version of QQ International will be obsolete soon. Please 
download the latest version to avoid interruption of service. Thank you! 
(http://download.imqq.com/download.shtml)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
=) Should be obvious

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using the latest build under Downloads via Spectrum on Linux.

Please provide any additional information below.
I see there's a new branch -- don't know if that aims to fix this but keeping 
an eye on the source changes for now.

Win 7 with the Pidgin 2.10.6 (libpurple 2.10.6)
