The screenshots in your moodle.org plugins db shouldn't show screenshots of the install process. - they should show screenshots of your plugin in use or screenshots of the settings pages inside your plugin and how you enable it/use it (after it's installed.)
Please delete the screenshots that show the install process and replace them.
Also - the plugins db description is basically "empty" and just provides a link to your readme - this is not valid. Please explain what "verity" is, what features it provides, if it requires a paid subscription to use the plugin please state that clearly in the description too.
